The neighborhood of large houses built in each district of Panem for its Hunger Games victors.
The Victors' Village is the separate neighborhood built in each district of Panem to house its Hunger Games victors. Each holds at least twelve large houses, handed over as part of the reward for winning. In District 12 the village sits about half a mile from the town square, its houses arranged around a green dotted with flowering bushes and kept up by a groundskeeper. Most of them stand empty, since only a handful of District 12 victors have ever lived there. The houses are large enough that Katniss Everdeen reckons her old home in the Seam could fit inside one of them ten times over.
