Tigris keeps a shop in the Capitol full of furs, fur-lined leggings and underwear, with an old television on its counter.
Tigris's face has been surgically reshaped into a semi-feline mask. The skin is stretched tight and marked with tattooed stripes of black and gold, the nose is flattened almost to nothing, and her cat whiskers are longer than any one visitor has seen on people in the Capitol. Her eyes are tawny, and she has a tiger tail.
To that visitor the result is grotesque, an extreme case of surgical enhancement gone wrong that not even the Capitol could find attractive.
