A candy counter in District 12's town square, run by the Donner family.
The Donners keep the sweet shop on the merchant side of District 12, which in a district where most people are hungry amounts to a small luxury counter. Multicolored gumdrops sorted by flavor, hot pepper cherry taffy, lavender suckers, marshmallows sold as chewy for an extra penny whether or not they have gone stale. There is apple pie, strawberry jam, and lemonade as well. The shop takes cash only, which rules out most of the Seam. Mr. and Mrs. Donner own it, and their twin daughters work the counter.
