Sheaf is a limber little girl, reaped out of District 9 for the 10th Hunger Games alongside Panlo. The tributes that year are carried to the Capitol in dirty cattle cars and turned out into the monkey house at the zoo, and in the enclosure she turns a back handspring to take food from the Capitol citizens leaning over the rail. Androcles Anderson, a student at the Academy, is the mentor assigned to her.
