Panache Barker

Panache Barker is one of District 1's two male Career tributes in the 50th Hunger Games in Sunrise on the Reaping, the Quarter Quell that doubles the number of tributes every district sends. He is related to Palladium Barker, the victor of the 46th Hunger Games. He is loud and physical and enjoys intimidating people: he shoves his way through the other tributes, corners the District 9 boys to demand an alliance, and turns on them when he is refused. He scores at the higher end of the Careers' range in his private session, then poses and flexes his way through his interview until Caesar Flickerman gets the better of him about his intelligence.
