Marcus is the male tribute from District 2 in the 10th Hunger Games in The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. He towers over the other tributes and is strong enough to break up a fight among them by tossing two boys several yards. His assigned mentor, Sejanus Plinth, was his classmate back in District 2, but Marcus stays stone-faced and silent whenever Sejanus speaks to him.
