A victor from District 4, Finnick Odair won at fourteen, handles a trident better than anyone alive, and wears his Capitol charm like a costume.
Finnick Odair is a victor from District 4. He won the 65th Hunger Games at fourteen, and the Capitol has adored him since: handsome, easy in front of a camera, and known for the trident he handles better than anyone alive. The charm is a performance he has been giving for years, and beneath it he reads the machinery of the Games and the Capitol's appetites far more bitterly than his public image lets on.
