Fila is the boy reaped from District 3 for the 74th Hunger Games. He is slight, ashen skinned as most of his district is, and he arrives in the Capitol with the one advantage District 3 tends to hand its tributes: he understands electronics. In the training center he sticks to the survival stations, works on building a fire alongside the boy from District 9, and stays out of the Careers' way as far as they let him. For his interview he wears a yellow suit with a black shirt and says nothing anyone remembers afterward.
