Fibre Bissette works in a factory in District 3, where the electronics of Panem are made. She was nine years old when the district mainframe shorted out and she got it running again, and the Capitol named her one of its District Heroes for facing whatever is put in front of her. She has very short light brown hair and blue eyes, and her portrait shows her in a white bodysuit and a clear helmet, holding a clipboard with technical diagrams clipped to it.
