Felix Stam keeps herds in District 10, the livestock district. The Capitol named him one of its District Heroes for what it called his quiet understanding of animals and of the circle of life that unites everyone, though he turned down the standard fee at first and only reconsidered once the alternative put to him was a cut in tesserae. He has fair hair, blue eyes and a beard, and his portrait shows him in shaggy furs with a septum piercing and a pipe.
