Dolly Kenworthy is the woman District 10 sends to the 75th Hunger Games. At the chariot parade she and her district partner ride dressed as cattle with belts of flame, a costume Katniss Everdeen reads as an attempt to copy what Cinna and Portia did for District 12 the year before. In the days that follow she keeps easy company with her district partner and with the pair from District 9, talking with them while the tributes wait their turn in front of the Gamemakers. She wears dark green leather for her televised interview.
