District 6 is the district that handles Panem's transportation, building and running the trains and vehicles that move goods and people across the country. Like every district it sends two tributes to each annual Hunger Games, and four to the second Quarter Quell in Sunrise on the Reaping, where the Capitol doubles the number taken.
