Clemensia Dovecote is a senior at the Capitol's Academy in The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes and one of the twenty-four students chosen to mentor a tribute in the 10th Hunger Games. She is assigned Reaper Ash, the boy from District 11, and makes a careful note about him in her binder while other mentors are still making jokes. She is popular with students and faculty alike, kind enough that the occasional lapse in manners is forgiven her, and considerate to the point of apologizing for things nobody else holds against her.
