Cinna is the stylist assigned to Katniss, a quiet-voiced young man who lights her cape with synthetic flame at the opening ceremonies so the crowd will never forget her.
Cinna surprises Katniss by looking so ordinary for the Capitol, with close-cropped hair in its natural brown, plain black clothes and only a light touch of gold eyeliner. It is his first year in the Games, and he says he asked for District Twelve. Working with his partner Portia, who dresses Peeta, he sets aside the tired coal miner look and builds the opening ceremony costumes around coal that burns.
