Caesar Flickerman
Caesar Flickerman hosts the tribute interviews that every television in Panem carries, on a stage set up outside the Training Center, and he warms the crowd with a few jokes first.
His face looks almost untouched by all those years. This time his hair, eyelids and lips are powder blue, a gentler effect than the crimson of the year before, which made him seem to bleed. Each interview runs three minutes, and he is kind to his guests, easing their nerves and rescuing their weakest moments with a well timed reaction. When Peeta confesses his feelings for Katniss on air, Caesar answers with what sounds like real sympathy.
