The Quibbler is a wizarding magazine full of wild claims, from a Quidditch team said to win by blackmail and torture to a wizard who says he flew a broom to the moon.
Luna Lovegood's father edits it, and she reads it upside down on the train while Hermione calls it rubbish. One issue carries a crude cartoon of Cornelius Fudge throttling a goblin, asking how far he will go to gain Gringotts, and a piece insisting that Sirius Black is really Stubby Boardman, lead singer of the Hobgoblins. Mr. Weasley, handed that copy by Kingsley, is sure Sirius will find it very amusing.
