Rosier is one of the earliest followers of Lord Voldemort and fights for him through the First Wizarding War. In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Rosier is one of the group who go with Voldemort as far as Hogsmeade to wish him luck when he applies for a teaching post at Hogwarts, alongside Nott, Mulciber and Antonin Dolohov.
