The Romanian Dragon Sanctuary is the largest reserve in the world given over to keeping and studying dragons, founded by Harvey Ridgebit. Charlie Weasley goes out to Romania to work and study there after leaving Hogwarts in 1991, and in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone he does his brother Ron and Rubeus Hagrid a favour by collecting Norbert, the Norwegian Ridgeback that Hagrid has been keeping in his hut on the Hogwarts grounds.
