Reginald Cattermole, known as Reg, is a wizard who works at the British Ministry of Magic, in the department that looks after the enchanted windows giving the building its weather. He lives at 27 Chislehurst Gardens in Great Tolling, Evesham, with his wife Mary and their three children, Maisie, Ellie and Alfred. When the master window stuck on a hurricane and the Weather-Modifying Charms refused to answer, he was the one still trying spells after every colleague had given up.
