Purge and Dowse, Ltd looks like a red brick clothing shop in London, dilapidated and apparently shut for renovation, and Muggles walking past take it for derelict. It is not. The building hides the entrance to St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, and the shabbiness is deliberate: an injured witch or wizard can walk up an ordinary London street without anyone thinking twice.
