Petunia Dursley

Petunia Dursley is Harry Potter's aunt and the woman who raises him at number four Privet Drive, introduced in the opening chapters of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. She is a thin, blonde Muggle with large pale eyes and nearly twice the usual amount of neck, which she puts to use craning over the fence at her neighbours and reporting what she finds to her husband. Married to Vernon Dursley and blindly devoted to their son Dudley, she is fixated on appearing normal and has no patience for anything out of the ordinary. Her younger sister was a witch, a fact she has resented since childhood and refuses to discuss.
