Misuse of Muggle Artefacts Office

The Misuse of Muggle Artefacts Office is a division of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement at the Ministry of Magic, and Arthur Weasley heads it; his work there comes up from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets onward. The office deals with Muggle objects that have been enchanted and put back into Muggle hands, from shrinking door keys and a biting kettle to a run of regurgitating toilets that erupt when the owner pulls the flush. Arthur's office walls are covered with Muggle pictures: cars, one of them a stripped down engine, post boxes cut out of a Muggle children's book, and a diagram showing how to wire a plug.
