Luna Lovegood
Luna Lovegood is a Hogwarts student with very pale eyebrows, waist-length dirty blonde hair and bulging eyes that make her look forever surprised.
Luna Lovegood is in her fourth year in Ravenclaw, and some of the other pupils call her Loony Lovegood. She keeps her wand tucked behind her left ear for safekeeping, wears a necklace of Butterbeer corks, and has earrings that look like orange radishes.
She reads The Quibbler, a magazine, and holds it upside down. Luna speaks in a dreamy, singsong voice, recites the Ravenclaw line about wit beyond measure being the greatest treasure, and blinks less often than most people do.
