Evan Rosier is a pure-blood wizard and a Slytherin student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry during the 1970s. After leaving school he follows Lord Voldemort through the first wizarding war. He is a capable duellist, enough of one to stand against the Auror Alastor Moody and take a piece out of his nose in the exchange, and when the Aurors close in he chooses to resist rather than accept imprisonment.
