Draco Malfoy talks about flying a great deal, and about his own skill at Quidditch, though one classmate bets it is all talk. By his own account some wizarding families are far better than others. He complains loudly that pupils in their first year never make the House teams, and he tells long, boastful tales of near misses on a broomstick.
His cheeks show a faint pink when he is annoyed, rather than a full flush. An eagle owl regularly delivers parcels of sweets from home, which he opens with some show.
