Dolores Umbridge

Dolores Umbridge has a broad, pallid face that looks like a toad's, with a wide, slack mouth and large, round eyes that bulge slightly. She is squat, with hardly any neck, and wears her short, curly, mouse-brown hair with a little black velvet bow on top, or with a pink Alice band to match a fluffy pink cardigan over her robes.

Her voice is fluttery, girlish and high-pitched, where a croak might be expected. Her laugh is silvery, and her big, round eyes stay cold. At the school she is Professor Umbridge, who teaches Defence Against the Dark Arts.
