Chocolate Frog is the name of a wizarding sweet sold aboard the school train, and each one comes wrapped with a picture card of some famous witch or wizard.
Ron Weasley tells Harry the sweets are not real frogs, and says he owns about five hundred of the cards but still lacks Agrippa and Ptolemy. The pictures move: Harry's first card shows Albus Dumbledore, who drifts out of the frame and then slips back to smile at him. Ron would rather eat the frogs, while Harry cannot take his eyes off the portraits of celebrated witches and wizards that pile up beside him.
