Borgin and Burkes is Knockturn Alley's dealer in Dark and dubious artefacts, where a lost Harry lands by Floo accident among the cursed stock.
Borgin and Burkes is in Knockturn Alley, the crooked side street off Diagon Alley where the wizarding world's shadier trade happens, and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets lands Harry there by accident when a Floo powder journey goes one grate too far. The oily Mr Borgin flatters his customers at the counter and despises them once the doorbell stops ringing. Respectable wizards do not shop there, or at least prefer not to be seen doing so.
