Arthur Weasley
Arthur Weasley is a wizard whose job is dealing with bewitched objects that end up among Muggles, work that can mean a night of raids.
Arthur Weasley is thin and going bald, and the little hair he has is red. He wears glasses and long green robes, and his bald patch glistens when he has been hurrying.
Anything made by non-magic people delights him. His shed is full of such things, which he pulls apart, puts spells on and puts together again, and when he hears of the Underground he is eager to know whether it has escapators. He speaks of non-magic folk fondly, marvelling at the lengths they go to in order to ignore magic. He is also said to be too soft on the garden gnomes, which he finds funny.
