The name is accurate: he is a pale, unsettling figure with blue hair, black lips, and black eyes with white pupils, draped in a purple robe and enough gold and silver jewelry to double as a vault. His friendliness is a market signal, appearing exactly when he wants something from someone, and behind it sit genuine ambition and a temper far crueler than the languid manner suggests.
