Heart Heater

Heart Heater is an NPC moneylender in Hardcore Leveling Warrior with a hand in half the deals worth making in Lucid Adventure. Known as a loan shark and black marketeer, he lends gold and items at brutal interest, and the polite rumor about what happens to fingers when debts go unpaid is one he does nothing to discourage. His real stock in trade is information: he specializes in brokering hidden and rare quests, and he is best-known for arriving on the back of a blue dragon. Together with his assistant Rim, he serves the young player Dark, supplying Dark's party with high-level quests and the kind of intelligence money cannot usually buy. He is a tall, composed figure with jade green hair, an eyepatch over his left eye, and a scar under the right, every inch the businessman.
