Drip Soup is the Grass Roots Guild's other swordsman in Hardcore Leveling Warrior, the student standing in the long shadow of The Best Swordsman and working, loudly, on making it shorter. Taken under the guild master's wing and trained up within Lucid Adventure, he is genuinely awed by his teacher's skill and aims to match it, which does not stop him from teasing the man relentlessly about his hopelessness with women and the recruiting problems it causes the guild. He enters the Combat Tournament as part of Team Choco Bibi alongside his guildmates. Within the guild he is close with everyone, Bibi to his Choco Bibi, Soup under Tempest's nicknaming habit, and he plays the scold of the group, pulling teammates back into position when they forget their roles mid-fight.
