Class
The job system of Lucid Adventure.
Class, used interchangeably with Job, is how Hardcore Leveling Warrior sorts what a character can do. In Lucid Adventure every player and NPC carries a class, assigned, chosen, or earned, and each class grants its own set of skills; the higher a class's rating, the rarer and more restricted it is. Only about thirty percent of players run combat classes like swordsman or gunner. The rest live entirely different lives as farmers, merchants, architects, and stranger things, because the game rewards those paths too. Moving from a normal class into a combat class requires clearing a difficult Job Advancement Quest, and advancement does not stop there: at level 90 a player may take a second, more specialized job suited to their traits, and those who push through the fifth advancement and its attendant quests are called Masters.
