Uptown Hal is a slate, an orange alien shaped like a stick of gum, with arms, softball-sized eyes and no clothes.
Uptown Hal is a very thin, flat-faced alien with orange skin and wide-set eyes, about as tall as a person and shaped a lot like a stick of gum with arms. He goes without clothes, so his badge is fixed to his pale orange body by magic. His eyes are as big as softballs and make a squishing sound when they move, and he stands on two short legs. He speaks with an unusual accent. According to a gnoll guard, he hosts a popular show called Uptown Hal Talks Tactics.
