The Training Room is one of the upgrades on offer alongside beds, showers, kitchens, kennels and crafting studios, and it costs 250,000 gold or a single coupon. It allows one hour of training a day on any one skill that is not a magic spell, and the practice is supposed to work on the skill as if in a real fight.
Explosive skills cannot be trained there. A tier-two upgrade called the Bomber's Studio is said to cover those, and magic spells need a separate magical upgrade of their own.
