Theia

Theia is a goddess whose church quest asks each new worshiper to bring at least one more follower into the faith. Her church lets volunteers sign on as prospects, a kind of trial visit to her temple. A prospect shrinks into a ball of light small enough to ride in the worshiper's pocket, and on arrival at the Temple of Theia the prospect is released and spends weeks being courted by the faithful. Theia is not one of the usual goddesses that clerics serve, so crawlers do not tend to wander into her temple, and viewers cannot simply look inside it.
