Tally

Tally is a Bopca Protector, a level 63 non-combatant who looks after a saferoom. Bopca Protectors are magical, gnome-like beings whose whole purpose is caring for Safe Rooms, from cleaning the toilets to cooking meals, and their description calls them surly and smelly.

Tally stands barely taller than his counter. His brown hair has a faint green tinge, and his face is so hairy that little shows besides his black eyes and a bulbous, red-veined nose. He smells faintly of wet moss and wears a blue apron, a plain paper hat and a nametag with his name on it. He speaks loudly with a Slavic accent, barely moves a muscle while talking, and often refers to himself by name.
