Skarn

Skarn is a Changeling Juvenile, a level 3 NPC. In his natural shape he is a small gray humanoid about five feet tall with no features at all, no eyes and no nose, like a blank mannequin in a body sock.

With a touch he takes on the look of someone new, his features lumping together until he passes for an ordinary human, and even the tag over his head changes to match. His voice starts out flat and robotic, and the longer he talks, the more personality comes through. His home has a straw bed, a tall table, a wall hung with herbs and vegetables, and a telescope on the roof.
