The Shepherd's House is a place whose paper flyer promises food, a warm bed and fellowship, with intake open 24 hours and no pets allowed.
The Shepherd's House flyer carries clipart of a Christmas present and of a table holding a steaming coffee cup. Its message centers on the holiday, urging people not to spend Christmas alone and to come and find comfort there. It announces a Christmas Breakfast at 7 AM and says all are welcome. A line of text along the bottom lists its conditions, and the flyer's address lies in the town of Homestead, Florida.
