Sharp-Elbows

Sharp-Elbows, an ogre woman, bristles with spikes that do not look natural. They look more like a parasite infection, or some black plant sprouting from her skin, and green-tinged venom drips from them.

Sharp-Elbows keeps a hot barn crowded with turkeys, some of them undead, and calls it her den of pleasure, the culinary kind. The turkeys are her food. Her game description says she is loosely based on Ioway culture. It calls her a legendary creature with an interesting backstory, then declines to tell it.
