Second Floor
The Second Floor is the level of the dungeon directly below the first, and the point at which mobs start dropping gold.
The Second Floor stays shut until the introductory broadcast of Dungeon Crawler World tunnels, roughly 30 hours after the dungeon is sealed, by the estimate of a female voice speaking for the Borant Corporation. Its entrances populate at that moment. Mordecai, who is giving the tutorial, expects about ten days here, since the time usually grows by around five days with each level, and the countdown does not start until the one above collapses.
None of the numbers on the Ratings menu can move until a crawler arrives here. Views, followers, favorites and patrons all sit at zero on the first level, which is closed to live viewers, but on the Second Floor audiences across the universe can tune in to any crawler they like. By Mordecai's account the Second Floor will also be lousy with shambling acid impalers, green, hairy four-legged creatures whose darts melt skin.
