From the Enchanted Repeating Crossbow of the Scavenger Mother of Mothers: It is said that the long-forgotten goddess Nekhebit is both jealous and terrible.
Nekhebit is a long-forgotten vulture goddess, described in item lore as both jealous and terrible. That lore ties her to the high elf court and to the Fae Diaspora, the dozens of elf and fairy breeds that trace their lineage back to that court.
Her name is bound to a unique enchanted repeating crossbow, decorated with vulture carvings that only a female can wield. Its damage and firing speed climb with every female in the wielder's party.
