Mind Horror

Mind Horrors are floating brains with tentacles tangling beneath them, and they look like jellyfish. They fill a whole quadrant of the dungeon, drifting slowly like tiny blimps. Their weapon is a psionic attack, and their presence brings on a headache that is felt before they come into view and can be close to debilitating. Not every target is affected.

Physically they are weak, and a punch can knock one out of the air. Their brain-shaped bodies have the feel of a jam-filled kickball, bouncing when they hit the ground and sometimes splattering. Those in that quadrant are level four.
