Leon

Leon is a level 44 Dirigible Gnome Negotiator who holds the title Commissar of the Wasteland. He serves as the chief political officer aboard the dreadnaught Wasteland, and the dungeon's description paints him as a master politician and a stickler for regulations. He wears an olive uniform shirt that is old and ratty, with a sizable hole in the left arm, and he goes unarmed. According to Henrik, he also acts as an ambassador who comes to inspect, casting a spell to make sure the collateral is not a changeling.
