Kuraokami

Kuraokami is a goddess, and one crawler's written account describes what worshipping her demands. Under the requirements that account lays out, a follower who kills something must touch the corpse with ice at least daily. Keeping this up five days in a row earns a boon of unknown kind. Missing a day makes the goddess turn her back and withdraw her benefits, two missed days bring a debuff, and three mean a fall from grace with a 50% chance of being smited. The same account complains that she sends her worshipper messages far more often than the rare contact its description promises.
