Jacobus is the Reverse Tooth Fairy, a Level 90 mob.
Jacobus comes from Denmark. There, as in tooth fairy legends elsewhere, a tooth that falls out is left under the pillow, and overnight the fairy swaps it for a krone or two. Jacobus works the custom in reverse, and his description says that instead of paying for loose teeth, he does the opposite.
He zips about and hovers like a hummingbird, jerking back and forth in the air. His voice is deep and accented, and he speaks Danish.
