The Hell-Kissed Potion of Conscription is a level 18 potion held in a large, warm glass bottle shaped like an eyeless demon head with tentacles sprouting from it. The glass tentacles sway on their own, and when the bottle is picked up the face and the mouths along the tentacles start to scream. A purple liquid bubbles and sloshes within it like a tiny hot tub.
It does the job of an ordinary potion of Conscription, but hell-kissed. At level 18 it works on almost any entity without an affiliation, whatever protections it has, and that includes most deities.
