The Enchanted Tiara of the Inebriated Dragonfly is a simple, silver-colored tiara set with a citrine jewel.
The tiara's name comes from a kids' tale about a dragonfly so drunk that he is not allowed home. The dragonfly hovers above his nest all night, or sits on a leaf at the highest point overlooking it, waiting for the light to come back on as a sign that he is forgiven. The tiara is made to honor him.
Worn, it halves potion cooldowns, adds 10 to intelligence and protects against poisoning. It also cancels the dexterity penalty that comes with being drunk, and it grants a level 10 Hover skill, usable five times a day with a five-minute cooldown.
