Enchanted Prison Tattoo Kit
The Enchanted Prison Tattoo Kit lets an artist ink a design of their choice onto a target, whether that target is willing or not.
The Enchanted Prison Tattoo Kit comes as a loose handful of pieces: a long, sharp needle, a little ink, some small sticks and something that looks like sandpaper.
Its description starts as a joke about a prisoner who resolves to turn his life around, then marks the day by letting whoever is in the next cell etch a badly drawn dragon onto his face. It goes on to claim that tattoo artistry can grant all manner of magical buffs and upgrades, or simply make a mugshot go viral, depending on the talent of the artist.
