The Enchanted Hairbrush of the Beefmaster is a magical hairbrush of shining gold with a jeweled handle. Pulled through hair, it lets out a scream like a crowd of women cheering at a rock concert, and when the brushing stops it calls for an encore for two minutes before the voices fade.
It works only on a male whose hair averages 25 centimeters or longer, and only on one person per day. Five unbroken minutes of brushing grant thirty hours of the Shining Charisma and Speedster benefits, a 25 percent boost to constitution and Level 10 Entourage, along with hair that is shiny, healthy and glistening. Shining Charisma passes a fifth of the user's charisma to everyone in the party.
